Power amplifier - KU 133 HY
| This module is usable as a generic power amplifier for any operation mode.The hybrid circuit, which is fitted in a professional aluminium case, is designed for continous operation relay and beacon stations. It has an internal directional coupler and schottky diode detector for monitoring the output power. It includes also a multi pole microstrip filter for good harmoncic suppression. |

NEW! MOSFET LINEAR POWER AMPLIFIER - MKU 1330 A
| These new developed power amplifiers, equipped with LD-MOSFET´s are characterised by high linearity of the output signal and by a high efficiency (up to 55 %). These amplifier modules are thermally very stabile and can be used due to their high linearity for all operating modes, especially DATV / DVBS / DVBT. Compared with previous amplifiers in 12 V technologies with bipolar transistors (modules) a new generation of 23 cm linearity amplifiers has start with amplifiers. Ready made power amplifiers including power supply will follow. |
