24GHz. BASIC SYSTEM = MKU24G + MKU12LO

MKU 24 G & MKU 24GC

The basic 24.192GHz transverter system consists of the MKU 12 LO and the MKU 24 G Transverter module. This basic transverter will yield a system with a maximum DSB NF of 8.0dB and a power output minimum of .2mW SSB. By adding additional modules, a 24.0GHz system with a NF of 2.0dB and 100mW of power output can be constructed. The MKU 12 LO produces a 12.024GHz RF output with a minimum power output of 35mW. The output of the LO is fed to the MKU 24 G transverter module. The MKU 24 G features a 144MHz. IF, built IF switching and an input adjustable attenuator to handle IF drive levels up to 4W maximum. Other IF's in the 50 - 500MHz. range can also be used.
