ECOFLEX® 10 is a new flexible 50 Ohm low loss cable for use in the frequency range
of DC - 4 GHz. Its modern construction features a PE-LLC Dielectric that surrounds a
flexible stranded inner conductor. An EMI screening immunity of > 85 dB at 3 GHz. is
acheived through double shielding by the use of both copper foil and copper braid. In
addition, a PE stablized coating is applied to the copper foil to insure that perforation
of the foil will not take place due to repeated cable bends. A full range of connectors
are available for ECOFLEX 10 including: N, BNC and UHF.
 AIRCOM
PLUS® This 10,3 mm cable features a low loss double shielded contruction (copper foil
and copper braid), solid center conductor, as well as a UV stablized jacket. The
inner conductor is surrounded by a honeycomb dielectric structure to acheive excellant low
loss characteristics thus allowing use even at 10.0GHz. Aircom Plus is different
than other air core cables. Its air core honeycomb structure guarantees that the inner
conductor will not migrate towards the shield when the cable is sharply bent. AIRCOM
PLUS® is suitable for use around a rotor. Type N male and Female, BNC and UHF
connectors are available.
 ECOFLEX® 15
is a new 15 mm 50 Ohm cable for use in the frequency range of DC - 6 GHz. Its unique
construction combines the low loss properties found in non-flexible solid center cables
with the high flexibility of cables manufactured with stranded center conductors.
ECOFLEX 15 was designed to meet the demands of the RF and Telecommunications industries
for a low loss, highly flexible, affordable coaxial cable.
An EMI screening immunity of > 90 dB. at 1.0 GHz. is acheived through the use of double
shielding which consists of overlapped copper foil and an additional copperbraid. The
copper foil has an applied PE coating which insures that EMI immunity is not compromised
by short radius bends. ECOFLEX 15 is the right choice when a low loss, highly flexible
microwave rated cable is required. Ecoflex 15 is the clear leader for today's demanding
applications. A solder free N-connector has been developed for ECOFLEX 15.
Connector installation only takes a few minutes and requires no special tools.
